With less than 60 days lead time, Activaire’s design and technology teams developed and deployed a uniquely tailored audio brand solution for Neiman Marcus. Activaire’s Epicentre Media Players were installed in 50 Neiman Marcus stores in a nationwide rollout. The rollout also included full-store integration of all-new A/V systems and re-zoning.
Activaire curates the fashion forward audio environment of Neiman Marcus specifically to appeal to Neiman Marcus’ core customer and targeted audience. Activaire describes the Neiman Marcus sounds as “Classically Pretty and Unmistakably Cool”.
During the launch period of this program, Neiman Marcus experienced a 8.1% increase in sales, while the GDP experienced only a 2.1% incline.
