How do I report an explicit or off-brand track?

Use the feedback control on the Now Playing screen to flag a track. Curators review every report and adjust your program.

Curator Now screens for explicit content automatically, but taste is specific to your brand. If you hear something that does not fit, you can flag it in seconds.

Flag it from Now Playing

On the Now Playing screen, use the feedback control to react to the track that is playing. Reporting a track tells our curators that it does not belong in your space.

What happens next

  • The track is flagged against your program so it is less likely to play again.
  • Curators review reported tracks and refine the program to match your taste over time.
  • If you are hearing explicit content when it should be filtered, report it and contact support so we can check the program's explicit setting.
Every Curator Now program has an always-on explicit filter. Reporting is for the finer call: a clean track that is simply off-brand for your room.
