In 2005, Hyatt Hotels named Activaire as it’s preferred music service vendor. Activaire developed a unique, hands-on method to assess the appropriate music for each Hyatt location. The result has been a cohesive, yet flexible audio brand which has been continuously maintained and updated by Activaire. Hyatt’s music programming communicates the distinct qualities of the overall brand. At the same time, the programming, adapts for various locations, zones. Additionally, the programming shifts throughout the week, according to how the space is used.
Hyatt hotels are known for impressively vast lobbies. Activaire developed a tool that allows a General Manager to sculpt the programming, from the center of the lobby, where it is audible to guests.
