Zones & scheduling

How does scheduling and dayparting work?

Set the times when programs change and when music turns on and off. Build it once and it repeats every week.

Scheduling (also called dayparting) lets a zone change its own energy through the day without anyone touching it.

Build a weekly schedule

For each zone, set the blocks of the day and the program that plays in each one. For example: a softer open in the morning, a busier program at midday, and a warmer sound in the evening. Set the time the music starts and the time it stops, and the schedule repeats every week.

Why operators use it

  • The room always matches the moment: calmer when it should be calm, livelier at peak.
  • No one has to remember to turn music on at open or off at close.
  • Every location stays in sync with the same daily rhythm.
